These fees have become a black eye to our industry. We wanted to create a fresh new approach and pricing model to provide light at the end of the tunnel for merchants.
How is Transparent Pay different?
Transparent Pay is different from all competitors because we do not and will not have costs or fees to the merchant for any reason (other than the flat rate 2.75%). There won’t be a new flavor of the month “new mystery” fee. You don’t pay any fees or are you charged any fees other than the flat rate– EVER. Of course you have to qualify as a retail merchant with at least $5,000 in monthly volume and you are good to go.
We are so dedicated to this flat rate model that we will not allow any fees to be billed to you–if one gets by our watch we will credit you immediately and see that it does not happen again. That’s right, we won’t bill you any annual, semi-annual, or monthly fee other than the flat rate of 2.75%.
No PCI or “other mystery” fees.
PCI Services Included! We did not cut back or fail to provide PCI and critically needed services. No way! These services and portals are all included as well. We have a state of the art portal for your PCI compliance requirements.
$50,000 PCI Breach Protection is Included. That’s right—going above and beyond we have breach protection coverage for each merchant account at $50,000 in the event of a PCI related breach.
IRS TIN Validation service Included. Again, we have third party TIN verification and support included. We don’t received these services for free but you have them all paid for in your 2.75% flat rate.
